Liability
Knight Inlet Helisports and our certified mountain guides will endeavor to minimize the risks associated with heli-skiing and snow boarding. Accidents do happen and even the most experienced mountain guides and operators following the highest industry practices are susceptible to unfortunate incident that by the nature of the sport, is out of their control.
By reserving with us you are acknowledging that there are these inherent risks and in addition all participants will be required to sign a Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement. Please read the sample document attached and be sure you understand the terms of it prior to submitting your reservation and deposit.
Liability Waivers -
Upon your arrival you will be presented with waiver documents. We require that it be completed and signed prior to any skiing, snowboarding or participating in any other of the activities.

Insurance
Knight Inlet Heli Sports does not carry health, life, injury, property or trip cancellation /interruption insurance for our guests.
It is suggested that you acquire:
- trip cancellation insurance
- extended medical insurance
- emergency evacuation insurance
- personal property insurance
