Cancellation

Due to the remote nature of these tours, limited occupancy, and commitments made on your behalf to provide these services, our cancellation policy is very definitive and will be adhered to. It is therefore recommended that you acquire trip cancellation and/or interruption insurance before making your reservation and the necessary non-refundable booking deposit.

In the event that you cancel your trip prior to the thirty (60) day deadline for full payment, your deposit will not be refunded. KIHS will immediately offer your vacancy to others on a first come, first serve basis. No exceptions.

If you cancel your trip after the thirty (60) day deadline and you have paid in full, we will endeavor to fill your vacancy and will not refund any of the amounts paid. However, if you are able to find others to fill your vacancy prior to KIHS filling the booking, we will credit any moneys paid towards your substitute. It will be up to you to work out how you recapture any monies from your substitute.
